A team dedicated to helping families heal from the inside out!
At GAPS for Families, our mission is simple: to support mums, children, and families in restoring health through the power of the gut. We believe every family deserves the chance to thrive — not just survive — and we are here to guide you on that journey with both compassion and expertise.

“Guiding families step by step toward healing, hope, and wholeness.”
Meet Rene Wright – Certified GAPS Practitioner
Rene is a Certified GAPS Practitioner with years of clinical experience guiding families through the GAPS Nutritional Protocol. She first ran a GAPS clinic in Singapore, where she worked closely with parents and children facing complex health challenges. Now based in Australia, Rene continues to consult with families worldwide, offering both one-to-one support and group programs.
Her clinical background allows her to look deeper into chronic conditions, offering therapeutic protocols that address root causes rather than symptoms. Families working with Rene often feel reassured by her clear explanations, practical strategies, and compassionate approach. For those facing more advanced or long-standing conditions, Rene’s oversight provides the clinical insight needed to make GAPS both safe and effective.

“Because every child deserves to thrive — and every mum deserves support.”
Meet Rosalind Tan – Certified GAPS Coach
Rosalind is a Certified GAPS Coach, author, and Naturopathy Practitioner dedicated to helping mums and families bring GAPS into everyday life. Her journey in wellness began as the manager of five fitness studios in Singapore, where she gained deep insights on building sustainable health systems and supporting clients in their fitness goals. After retiring from that role, Rosalind shifted her focus fully to natural health and lifestyle transformation.
As a GAPS Coach, Rosalind’s role is hands-on and practical: from pantry clean-ups and food sourcing, to teaching GAPS cooking techniques and fermentation. She also guides families in “greening” their home environments and managing picky eating through the GAPS Fussy Eating/MTM protocols. Her combined background in coaching women on safe, natural weight loss and her training as a GAPS Coach make her especially attuned to the challenges mums face. With encouragement, empathy, and step-by-step support, she helps families succeed without overwhelm — turning healing into a hopeful, empowering journey.
Why Practitioner + Coach?
Healing is not a solo effort, and families often benefit from both clinical and practical support. Rene and Rosalind work together as a team:
- The Practitioner (Rene) provides clinical insight, personalized protocols, and advanced guidance for complex cases.
- The Coach (Rosalind) provides day-to-day support, practical application, and ongoing mentorship to make healing sustainable in real family life.
Together, they ensure that families don’t just understand the GAPS Protocol — they can live it and see results.
